Features and Applications/Product Characteristics

The UV absorber UV-312 (VSU) is a grass acyl aniline type UV absorber with outstanding UVB absorption efficiency. Capable of absorbing 280-320 nanometers of ultraviolet light, with a peak absorption of 298 nanometers. It has the characteristics of good compatibility, low volatility, good thermal stability, and high absorption efficiency. It does not react with metal ions, does not cross affect with whitening agents, and does not overlap with the absorption of photoinitiators. Suitable for polyester, polyvinyl chloride, polyamide, polyurethane, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylic resin, unsaturated resin, cellulose resin, powder coating, solvent coating. The general dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
